Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By signing up or using chaser.sh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
chaser.sh provides on-demand browser sessions exposed over the Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP), bundled with residential proxy egress. You are responsible for the code and requests you send through the service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use chaser.sh to violate any law, abuse third-party services, send spam, commit fraud, or infringe intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Accounts and API keys
Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all usage under your keys. Revoke a key immediately if you suspect it has been exposed.
5. Billing
Service is prepaid. You top up credit, and we deduct usage at the published rate. When your balance reaches zero, new sessions are blocked until you top up. Refunds are at our discretion.
6. Availability and limits
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may impose rate limits or capacity controls to protect the platform.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. On termination, your data will be retained only as long as necessary for billing, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
chaser.sh is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
