Welcome to Chaser. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chaser platform, including our virtual machine infrastructure, stealth browsers, and developer tools (the "Service"), provided by HYPR PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02. Service Description

Chaser provides high-performance Linux execution environments and stealth browser instances designed for both human users and automated agents. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

03. Prohibited Use

You may not use Chaser for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to other systems, distribution of malware, or any activity that violates international export controls. We reserve the right to terminate any session found in violation of these standards.

04. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees and usage-based credits are managed via our automated billing system. All payments are processed through encrypted channels. HYPR PTE. LTD. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with appropriate notice.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYPR PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any system failure.
